&lt;p&gt;REPLY: Unfortunately, the JVC edition is long out of print.  However, like I said, it&#039;s my intention to post all of the tracks, here, over the next several months, in unrestricted MP3 format.  The logistics of selling CDs in today&#039;s digital age are daunting, particularly for material deemed too &quot;artsy.&quot;  This seems like its highest and best use.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
