Beautiful. A wonderful poem interpreted by an exceptional voice. My dad co-managed the Natural Acoustic Band in the 1970s so I was aware of Krysia’s beautiful haunting voice but I wasn’t aware of her later work. I was saddened to hear of her untimely death.

I visited Farndale yesterday, famous for its daffodil walk. When in Australia last year my brother and I were on a ferry and met a gentle man who recited poetry travelling around Australia, he recited the poem “Clancy of the Isle,” I think this was the title. He as amazing to listen to. He asked if we would recite an English poem and I immediatley came up with “Daffodils,” I unfortunately forgot the words, but my brother stepped in and finished the poem. The gentltman said it was beautiful but had never heard it before, I just couldn’t believe it I thought everyone new the poem, or was I just being typically English. I am now 66 and appreciate now more than ever the beautful poem by Wordsworth it was lovely to hear the words put to music. Many Thanks.
